A blend of Ortega from our winery block and Pinot Noir from our younger vines, the juice was pressed and settled before fermentation at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks with added yeast.
A bright, crisp Ortega that’s full of ripe peach skin is given a new direction by the addition of vibrant Pinot Noir.
With flavours of redcurrant and red apple, this is a lovely summer pink to drink with just about anything.
