NUTRITIONAL GUIDELINES

Low sulphites: This refers to wines with lower sulphite additions made pre- and post-winemaking. We define low sulphites wines as those containing less than 50mg/L (50 parts per million).

Organic: This refers to the organic farming practices applied to vineyards. The Soil Association provides a good definition for Organic wine and viticulture.
