Tasting notes:More a very pale red, rather than a rosé, this wine is a blend of 5-month-fermented Syrah and 4-day-fermented Cinsault (on the skins, giving the wine its colour). Fruity and complex, there are plenty of berry and floral notes, underlined by only light tannic notes and acidity.
