Greywacke - Pinot Noir 2023 unveils a deep ruby-red canvas, glistening under soft lighting, while a wonderfully fragrant bouquet of ripe black cherries, strawberries, and sweet spices unfolds alongside subtle, smoky woodsmoke notes. Its medium-bodied, velvety palate is beautifully layered with bramble berries, plum pudding, and hints of savoury oak, culminating in a finely structured, long, and driven finish backed by bright, refreshing acidity.
