Domaine J.A. Ferret Pouilly-Fuissé is an elegant and expressive Chardonnay sourced from a selection of parcels in the Fuissé amphitheatre, where clay-limestone, granite and other mineral-rich soils bring both richness and freshness. The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe pear, white peach and citrus, complemented by delicate acacia blossom, fresh herbs and subtle hazelnut notes. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced, combining a rounded, creamy texture with lively acidity and a distinctly stony, saline minerality. Fine touches of orange zest, gentle spice and light toast add depth, while the finish is long, fresh and precise, leaving a refined mineral character.
