Tasting notes: Croft Original is a pale cream with a minimum aging of 4 years in the criaderas and soleras system. The nose is sharp, with notes typical of organic aging (hazelnut, baking) and hints of flowers and fruit. On the palate it is light and fresh, with saline and sweet notes. Very pleasant finish.
