We’re very excited to welcome the team from Clos de Lôm to The Bottleneck for a very special evening, and this time, they’re bringing their entire portfolio with them!
Based in Vall dels Alforins in Valencia, Spain, Clos de Lôm is a family winery with a fascinating history dating back generations. The family has been caring for these vineyards since 1950, combining traditional methods with a modern approach to winemaking, all with a real focus on expressing the character of their land.
Their vineyards sit at around 600 metres above sea level, just 55km from the Mediterranean, with a combination of limestone and chalky soils and a warm, dry Mediterranean climate. The winery works predominantly with native Spanish varieties including Garnacha, Monastrell, Malvasía and Tempranillo, producing wines with a distinctly Mediterranean character.
And, of course, we wouldn’t be hosting this tasting if we weren’t already huge fans. Clos de Lôm wines are firm favourites with our team and with many of our customers too. This is a fantastic opportunity to taste your way through the range, discover some of the wines you already know and love, and perhaps find a few new favourites along the way.
The Clos de Lôm team will be here to guide us through the entire portfolio, sharing the stories behind the wines, the vineyards and the family behind the estate.
