Tasting notes: notes of ripe fruit, the minerality of the soil brings a very pleasant tension in the mouth with a slightly smoky final note . The Chablis 1er Cru La Beuaroy is sleek, fresh and dusty with notes of citrus oil, iodine, yellow apple and pear. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, glossy with a creamy and luscious attack that brings good concentration and depth. The wine ends with a salty pebble aftertaste.
