Tasting notes: The nose if intense with aromas of grapefruit and lemon with pepper and green leafy notes and a soft mineral edge. It is pale yellow in colour and very dry with an explosion of citrus, stone fruit and floral flavours on the palate with a searing lime acidity that balances the fruit in a complex and long finish.
