Tasting notes: impossibly rich nose of blackcurrant and ripe red berries, with loads of brown spices to back up the fruit. The palate is textured, with ultra-fine tannins, and has a great firmness and grip from the Cabernet. The Shiraz adds some red fruit and earth and a big whack of savoury, charry depth.
